ABOUT OUR CAPILANO LOCATION

This location is what you would call the Sawmill of the new millennium.  We have a lot of Sawmill tradition here, but we’ve added a real modern flair to it as well.  We feature slate flooring, two dual sided fireplaces and a lounge with nine large screen TVs.

This is the first of the new Sawmill prototype so the challenge in creating a dining atmosphere for the new location was to capture the history of previous Sawmill locations all the while making Capilano Sawmill unique in it’s own right. Thanks to touches like modern tiffany lamps Capilano Sawmill has created an inviting atmosphere that stays true to original Sawmill style.  It’s the same cozy and professional dining experience guests have come to expect from Sawmill over the years in a more modern Setting.

Your taste buds will be treated to sumptuous Sunday Brunch with smoked salmon, an amazing selection of fresh salads, featuring peel and eat shrimp, oysters on the half shell, cheeses and more and of course the most famous, most succulent, most mouth watering prime cuts of beef around.

Sawmill’s legendary Sunday brunch with hand carved meats, ready to make omelettes, sausages, bacon, eggs and more are also available at this location.

The fine dining experience offered by Capilano Sawmill will be an exciting opportunity for the growth of the Sawmill legacy as well as an exciting opportunity for Edmontonians to tantalize their taste buds.  Capilano Sawmill also features a massive 2500 sq-ft. two-tier patio where you can enjoy your meal and beverages.
