This program was designed to show you our appreciation for your loyal patronage.
Earn and Redeem REWARD credit or Gift Card credit from our new Mobile App or from one single Gift/REWARDS card, whichever is more convenient for you to use.

For example, if $100 is spent, your REWARDS account will earn $5 or 5%. Rewards Dollars can be redeemed up to a maximum of $20 per day.

1. Download our mobile app and create a new account, it’s that easy!
2. Go into Account | Profile to add your Birthdate and Phone number to earn an additional $10 bonus on your Birthday!
Note: If you prefer a Rewards Card, ask your server to provide you one. Then click REGISTER CARD (above). Use the 16 digit card number located on the back of the card and complete all the mandatory fields.

Do these steps First
1. Start earning Rewards immediately with your existing card!
2. To redeem Rewards click “REGISTER CARD” above.
3. Use your existing Card Number (disregard Ackroo ID/Access Code)
4. Complete all mandatory fields
Note: If you do not know what your card number is, check with your server during your next visit, they would happy to look it up for you.

Download the mobile app and log into your account using the credentials created in the steps above. Use the app to monitor balance and transaction history. Choose to use the mobile app going forward or the card or both!
Note: REGISTER CARD first, then use those credentials to log in to the app. This way, you are using your previous account (and associated balance) with the app versus signing up with a new account. DO NOT sign up a new account in the app or you will not have access to your previous balance.
To our valued Sawmill Loyalty Card members. We are excited to announce the migration of our Loyalty program to a local Canadian company. This migration comes with a change in reference to the program from Loyalty to GIFT & REWARDS. Another big part of this migration includes the introduction of a new mobile application. You will now be able to manage both your REWARDS credit and gift card(s) from one account. Through this migration, we have combined your previous Loyalty Point balance and previous Loyalty Dollar balance into one REWARDS dollar balance. For example, if your account had 100 Loyalty points and $25 Loyalty dollars, we converted the 100 Loyalty points to $5 Loyalty Dollars then added to the existing $25 Loyalty dollar balance for a total of $30 REWARDS dollars. This is your new REWARDS dollar balance. You can confirm this by checking your old Loyalty balance here and verify with your new REWARD balance here. Please note going forward the URL on the back of your existing card will no longer represent an accurate balance of your account after Sunday, August 16, 2020. Gratuities and G.S.T. do not qualify for the accumulation of points. Gift Cards may not be purchased with Sawmill Rewards Dollars Earned. Reward Dollars are awarded to one account member per party. Card or Mobile App must be presented, and Rewards issued at no other time other than the time of purchase. Rewards are non-transferable and have no cash value. The Sawmill Restaurant Group reserves the right to cancel, change, or substitute offers of the Rewards Program at any time, without notice. Members should retain all receipts or proof of purchase in case of a discrepancy. Not valid in conjunction with any other gift certificate or coupon.
